Jan M. Hayden has been chosen as one of 50 exceptional attorneys in the greater New Orleans area by

City Business Leadership in Law Class of 2010.

Jan M. Hayden is featured on the front cover of Louisiana Super Lawyers 2010 edition as "The Baroness of Bankruptcy".

Jan M. Hayden was named by Best Lawyers'  2010 New Orleans Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights Lawyer of the Year.

City Business has for the second year recognized Heller, Draper, Hayden, Patrick & Horn, L.L.C. as one of the "2009 Best Places to Work".

We are pleased to announce that Kendra M. Goodman has joined the firm as an Associate.

Five Members of the firm have been included in the 2010 edition of Louisiana Super Lawyers.  The newest  Member to be added to this list is Tristan Manthey.  Jan Hayden, Douglas Draper, Warren Horn, and William Patrick have been honored again this year.

Warren Horn recently defeated class certification in a toxic tort case pending in Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans involving allegations by thousands of putative class members exposure to emissions from a plant fire.
